  • Not impressed with this poorly designed location. The outside parking lot is chaotic and hosts no Handicap parking near the entrance. But 5 stars for the underground parking with the lovely artwork. Too nice for this dump! 1st timers are not sure which entrance to use as there are two buildings. The entrance to the smaller of the two buildings had a small ticket counter and only 3 machines to purchase tickets yourself..,but they also double as the machine to pick up PRE-PAID tickets. This means you still need to stand in a slow moving line even though you already paid! The concession stand is still inexperienced and screwing up everyone's order. What's worse is they don't even listen, they're too busy goofing around with each other. Bathrooms are too small, with few sinks and hand dryers that you cannot use when someone is standing at the sink. Our visit was made even worse by the guy sitting in the row in front of us who smelled as though he hadn't washed in weeks and had just lost the battle with his intestines...in his pants. At least 6 security guards in the guards area in the bsmt - all of them under 100 lbs or 65 yrs old - huddled together visiting!! 1 poor souls standing in the entrance to the underground parking - looking lost and confused. He just stood there! Wanted to go back for the VIP lounge, but I think I'll pick a better location / area. 1st and last visit for me!!!
