  • I've lived in Vegas for 40 years. I'm from Texas. I know good BBQ! I know, I know, peeps judge BBQ based on where they are from: Texas, Kansas, et al. Different regions = different tastes. Rollin Smoke has been, for years, my go-to, 5 star place in Vegas to go. But I took one star off my review. I don't eat pork ... and I can't find any place in Vegas that has great BEEF ribs. Yes, I know Rollin Smoke has a beef rib (it's great -- but expensive ...more like a rib-eye steak on a bone). ...Still looking for great Texas BBQ beef ribs in Las Vegas.
