Previously, I took my 2010 Honda Accord for service and repair. There was a clunk in the front suspension. They fired off the "Parts Cannon" and replaced a strut, ball joints, etc. I had it there 5 times for multiple days. I was always polite even though this was very inconvenient. In the end, this experience made me give up on Honda.
I sold the car to a friend (told them about the issue). They took it to another local dealer and it was fixed first shot. Updated lower control arms and ball joints.
These techs really need to diagnose and the service writer needs to listen and communicate clearly. Every customer experience counts.
