  • I can say that the doctors obviously care and are passionate...for the animals. What I find unacceptable is the fact that I was seen for a 10:30 appointment at 12:50; with no apologies, no acknowledgement of the fact that I spent an hour and 20 minutes of my day off waiting. Perhaps, a quick call to inform me "heads up..we are running late" would have been considerate of my time. I could have spent this time running my errands. And, truthfully this is a pattern..maybe not that late, but typical to be seen half hour after appointment time.
