  • Ricardo B, the store manager is absolutely wonderful! He is so friendly, helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. I've worked in customer service for a very long time and I can easily say that he is one of the best, if not the best customer service agent that Autozone has. This is the kind of people AutoZone should hire, AutoZone is very lucky to have someone like Ricardo!!!
