I've been going to Jamba Juice for over 10 years and have always praised them for being the best! When this location popped up a few years back I was super excited because the closest location to me was all the way over on Decatur. I've recently moved back to this area of town (spring valley) and started going back to this location. This review is strictly on the quality of service (or lack there of). Every single employee I've ever dealt with there needs a serious crash course in good customer service. My 7 year old son has even made comments about how horrid the workers are there. Have a question to ask? Be ready to get a look by the people behind the counter like you're a complete idiot. I've worked in food service for 10 years and every time I go there the first thing I say when leaving, without fail is, "the employees here are horrible!".
I am one that understand we all can't have perfect days 100% of the time, but I was going here at least once a week for over a month and it didn't matter who was there I'd always get the worst service. From Britannia the manager to the younger guy with the top knot. Never once have I been treated even decently. I now only go here when I really am craving a Jamba Juice. I'll sometimes drive 15 minutes and even pass this location to go to the Decatur location because they at least don't make me feel like I'm murdering puppies because I'm placing a simple Caribbean passion order.
