Worst service ever. Insurance, "can cancel for any reason" is a lie. 1.5+ hours to book a flight by phone (3-way can't be done online easily) with idiots who can't make decisions, can't interpret their rules, and who give wrong information. The call ended up costing me an additional $60 as the first tickets were gone before the guy could get "the information he needed".For a cancellation, I was told in order to get the insurance, I needed to rebook with the same airlines, which I did and was refused the refund by Berkshire, anyway. Next step - attorney general's office. Misleading advertising is illegal. They need to vote in an entire new board of directors, figure out how to do things right, train all of their employees, and start over again.
