Joey is awesome! Super helpful and easy to work with. No stupid questions with him and he will do whatever it takes to help you leave happy!

Got a weird phone call telling me it was very important to bring my new phone and paperwork into the store asap. I called customer care to ask why after over a month was I being asked to come in, they could not tell me so I was VERY suspicious and the local store wasn't very forth coming with the details. I reluctantly went in and was told that my account hadn't been done right and I wasn't getting charged for my phone, the customer care didn't see anything wrong with any aspect of my account so I am still a little nervous as to what was really going on. I will not be going back to the location, it seemed a little shady and maybe dishonest. I will watch my bill VERY carefully now. And listening to the manager interrupt the conversation he is having with a customer to jump into other people conversations and how he fishes for conversation about himself is obnoxious. I wish Joey would work at another store because I loved working with him, I just have no trust or respect for the manager at this point after he tells me that customer care has no idea what is going on with my account because it's a different system in store than they have in the office. I think they need a complete audit of that location.
