Was a horrible first experience. Relocated from California to Las Vegas and decided to find an oil change location. Decided to select jiffy lube on Charleston. Was a minimal line which was nice. Was there about 30 minutes when Cameron comes in and tells me they don't have a oil filter for my 2014 VW Passat . I asked " how does an oil change business not have a filter for my car?". He replies well maybe we recently used the last one. Way to plan ahead or maybe there was an influx of VW passats today. So he tells me they will call o'reilly autoparts to bring one to there office and it would be 25 more minutes. Well 10 minutes later he says that o'reilly isn't answering and that it would be 45 minutes to bring a filter from a different location?? Uh no thanks. Almost an hour was already wasted and I was spending 104$ for the oil change and offered no discount for my inconvenience. Should have read the reviews prior. Corporate needs to step up the quality at this location!! I went to a competitor down the streets who had plenty of my filters in stock. Never again!
