  • I don't have enough positive things to say about this hotel. My husband and I drove to Toronto and arrived around 10p.m. The original hotel that we were booked at, was not able to accommodate us, even though we had a reservation. We spent hours on the phone and just driving around Downtown Toronto looking for a room. The Grand was the only hotel that could accommodate us at 3:00 am. They only had a king size smoking bedroom. Neither one of us is smokers, so the security guard went an checked the available rooms to see which one smelled the least and left the window open for us. Once we got checked in the room, we were escorted to a beautiful room; small, yet swanky with a modern touch. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet which is pretty extensive, a gorgeous roof top deck with hot tubs and an awesome view of the city, and a gorgeous indoor pool. To make our visit even better; the staff was extremely helpful with telling is places to visit. They even faxed documents back to the states to us for FREE!! Worth the money!
