Ordered blizzards at drive-thru for an after dinner dessert. Found out after dinner, our order wasn't correct. Drove back to the location to inform the young lady at the counter we were there earlier and there was a mix up in the blizzards. She remembered us and admitted sometimes the wrong buttons get pressed. Asked if we had a receipt? Paid cash; no receipt, but remembered exact dollar amount of order. Even tipped the young lady. We wait as she calls her boss. Store owner/manager drives over and walks in. He asks if we have a receipt...asks what time we ordered...asks what vehicle we were driving...asks why we didn't come back right away? It felt like an interrogation. Clearly this guy doesn't put an emphasis on customer service/satisfaction. I explain we're not there to cheat him out of a few bucks and that I spend more in gas. Just wanted the mistake corrected. It's just ice cream. His employee knew we were there; not trying to get a freebie. After everything "checks out", he says, "next time, don't wait so long to come back..." Really? After all of that, he could barely muster up an apology for the mix up. Needless to say, I was not impressed how this manager/owner handled our situation. Didn't feel like a customer, felt more like a criminal. I would not recommend this Dairy Queen; poor customer service approach.
