  • I set up my appointment with Hearing Associates at their Summerlin location. Was totally painless. The lady who helped me worked around my schedule. I showed up a few minutes early and Lionel greeted me, gave me some paperwork and then showed me where the fresh baked cookies were! Then he took me back to meet Robyn and she spent the better part of 30 minutes listening to "what brought me there". Incredible knowledge about hearing and the ear. We talked about my past exposure to hearing aids (I could hear what people were saying at a party that were 50' from me but couldn't talk to the person in front of me). She put me in the booth and then showed me the graph which told me what I pretty much already knew - I can't hear very well :-). I hear fine in quiet situations but parties, restaurants and other public locations I do a lot of lip reading. She put me in some demo hearing aids to try. All in all it was a very wonderful experience and I highly recommend Hearing Associates to anyone with hearing issues. They will fit you in an appliance that works for you.
