Dr. Roper provided a quick yet thorough annual eye exam. Very personable. The office is clean and efficient. The two young ladies at the front desk didn't make such a great impression on me, though. When I walked in they were in the middle of a conversation about Facebook and Kickstarter and, even though they looked up at me, didn't have the decency to pause and say "good morning". I literally had to talk over them to say "I have an 8:10 appointment". Even then they continued to talk. They also misspelled my first name on my chart even though I'd handed them my driver's license and insurance card. Feth? Really? Eegads. Dr. Roper himself was a little embarassed for them. I suppose they were too distracted to notice the typo. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but a friendly greeting and attentive customer service goes a long way and these girls could stand a quick brush up course in this area. It cost them a star on this review.
