  • I visited Harry and David at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets on 12/10/15 to purchase cookies to mail to my boyfriends grandmother and I just wanted to say that I had a very pleasant experience. The displays of the products are all over the store and there are so many items to choose from which are decorated beautifully for Christmas. I sampled tea, yogurt covered pretzels and the raspberry-filled tree-cutout shortbread cookies which were to die for. I would also like to mention that I received wonderful service from Shanique. She was a great help in assisting me with picking out cookies for my boyfriends grandmother. She was extremely kind, patient and very informative about the products. She made the process very easy and enjoyable. She is a true asset to this company and I will always make sure she is working before I go to the store.
