  • I recommend the Studio B buffet at the M Resort with two thumbs up! We have eaten here quite a few times and the food has always been pretty high quality. The Wynn was the best and freshest for the longest time, but no longer. The M's breakfast items for their brunch are limited. It is missing things I feel should be available like crepes, Eggs Benedict, and cheeses blitzes. Not saying that the rest of the food isn't great, but it would be a huge plus. Their seafood buffet is pretty great. Their oysters are wonderful. Crab legs stacked two feet high on peoples' plates. There's a great selection of dishes from around the world! They do have a free wine and beer bar, which is a novelty for a buffet. Their dessert and coffee bar is quite nice also. Oh, and with any buffet in Vegas, be sure to expect long lines here.
