  • Good thin crust pizza and nice beer selection! I normally don't like thin crusts because it reminds me of eating crackers but the crust at Grimaldi's is crunchy and chewy. Ahhhhhh I had a good time here -- the people were funny and it wasn't crowded compared to the other restaurants around the area. I don't know what else to say about this place - just like all the other restaurants in San Tan the place is nice and the food is good. A difference I did notice though, was that their menu was simple, which I liked a lot because it shows confidence in their food. Plus! I hate getting menus that resemble a mini dictionary :/ So yay Grimaldi's!
