  • We recently sold another home in Phoenix with the Gluch Group representing us as our real estate agents and the experience went so well that I wanted to update my previous review. We found a fantastic fixer-upper home in Arcadia through a friend that we thought might make a great fix and flip home. We called John and Jeremy right away to get their opinion on it. We do this a lot but we have learned that it's always a good idea to double check our numbers with the Realtors we trust the most! John and Jeremy were super responsive as always (which is critical for us because the best deals go so quickly) and they told us that if we didn't buy the house they would! Of course, we jumped right on it. What is notable about that exchange is that The Gluch Group did not make any money at all on that transaction and yet were so willing to help. They spent lots of time researching the numbers and on the phone with us helping us negotiate directly with the seller of the home. They even met us over at the home several times to give us ideas and tips on what to do and what not to do in order to get top dollar when we sold. About halfway through the remodel we officially hired them to sell the home when it was complete. We expected to sign some paperwork and then not hear much for a few months while we finished building the home. We were totally delighted and surprised when right after hiring The Gluch Group they got to work! We had a sign in the yard, coming soon postings and adds on Zillow, Facebook and all the major real estate websites and even a huge custom banner for the fence out front advertising the home for sale. It became clear that these guys were not going to just wait around to put the house on MLS as so many agents do. We also spent lots of time deliberating on a price and were so encouraged that we were told to list the house for even more than we hoped we could sell it for. Jeremy assured us that we could push the values for the neighborhood and set a new record for prices on a home our size. Again most of the time Realtors are trying to talk us down on price. It was so refreshing to have someone who felt like they were fighting for us not against us! We took their advice and listed at the highest price in the neighborhood. A few weeks before we had even finished the house we got the amazing news that the Gluch Group's pre-listing marketing efforts had worked and we received a FULL PRICE OFFER! We were totally blown away. Not only had the home sold for a record setting price but it sold before it was even done! The closing went sikly smooth and we could not be happier with how it all turned out. I have to admit in the past I believed that all real estate agents were mostly the same. Some of the ideas and programs The Gluch Group has like their offer to buy a home if it dosent sell seemed a little far fetched to me and like really all that mattered was putting the house on MLS. I have come to see that it SERIOUSLY matters who you hire as your realtor. I'm 100% convinced that we got more money, faster, because we hired the Gluch Group.
