  • LOCATION on: 7100 West Ray Road, Chandler, 85226 480-753-0103 These people NEVER help. Looking for something to repair the ceiling fan light, an older employee walked over to offer help, but not WITHOUT a nasty attitude. You may as well buy the new ceiling fan for the price, she says. NO, there's nothing wrong with the fan, it's the light I need to replace and she responds with more attitude and tells me to visit the lamp store, where I run into another customer Lowe's directed there and did NOT HELP. One of the supervisors was chastising an employee for their lousy attitude and the employee sat there, UNGRATEFUL to have a job, looking like they couldn't care less about their bad attitude towards customers. yikes! Got great service at HOME DEPOT on 54th. The help there was friendly, informative, and HELPFUL!!!! Why is Lowe's still around? If they lack the knowledge to offer, at least have a great attitude and be glad you have a job.
