| - I liked the services I received here, but I'm having issues with the front desk. I called to cancel an appointment due to a funeral. I forgot about the appointment because I just lost my closest family member. I get a reminder in my email and I call after business hours to leave a message, no big, right? Someone is bound to call me back. I even said in the message I am cancelling because of a funeral.
Well, instead of calling me back, they arbitrarily rescheduled me and it happened to be an appointment for when I was out of town. I call back during business hours to reschedule and I get their voicemail again. I left a message with my name, phone number, and a request to please call me back. No one ever did.
If I could rate Tiffany alone, it would be 5 stars. The front desk gets 2 stars right now, just because they were friendly when I first stopped in because I received a flyer in the mail. Having an appointment and then waiting 20-30 minutes was also not enjoyable as well. I averaged it to a 3, just because Tiffany is great. I'm wondering if I'll ever see her again, just because no one actually wants to talk to me to schedule an appointment.
