  • They were very easy to work with in scheduling our visit. They showed up on time and performed the diagnosis of the water heater. It was determine that it was leaking from two different places (about 13 years old) and needed to be replaced. The plumbing technician gave me my options and I picked one. When I asked when he could do the work, he said now. I was very pleased with that. He called his office and had the water heater delivered. During that time, he removed the existing water heater and prepared for the install. In a very short period of time, the new water heater was delivered and within an hour, he was packed up and gone. It was a job very well done.
