  • First of all, I am not a firearms expert. Secondly, I like to ask questions. That being said, the guys at Elite were not annoyed or rude when I asked questions and they were able to explain the answers to my questions without hesitation. I had a Glock that had an issue so I brought it in thinking I would need some parts. I was greeted by the guys as soon as I walked in, one of the guys stopped what he was doing, listened to my concern and had the gun apart in less then 5 minutes. He grabbed a brand new Glock off the shelf, took it apart and compared it to mine side by side so I could see how they look new verses used. He explained how my ammo was most likely the cause of my issue and steered me in the direction of a higher quality ammo for the same price as the stuff I was having issues with. I spent about an hour at the shop talking to the guys and playing with some of the bad a** stuff they have one the shelf. I told them my lack of knowledge so I think it would have been very easy for them to sell me parts that I didn't need. Instead, they were honest and left me feeling very good about my interaction with them. Bottom line, any firearm related issue or need you have, go see these guys first.
