Visited this McDonalds and ordered hot cakes and sausage. There were 6 flies on the counter, no exaggeration. I thought probably a bad idea can only imagine how many are in the food area.
When I received my hot cakes there was a portion of a dead fly in my food, see pic. I spoke with the manager on duty Rebecca. She offered to replace my food, not an apology or a refund. I told her I didn't want any food from her dirty bug invested restaurant.
The cashier agreed how gross it was and said you have no idea how bad it is out back. He said it's been like this for several days.
I asked Rebecca what her plan was to clean the place. I was told the called Eco, there apparent bug guy, a few days ago and are waiting....
I asked why she was continuing to serve food and thought she should have them stop and clean. For the 15 minutes I was there no cleaning took place. Every other customer was getting unsanitary food because of her gross negligence.
I asked Rebecca for a phone number of who I could speak with on the spot. She gave me the GM's first name Yasmin put no phone number. I then asked for the District Manager phone number she refused to give that and also the corporate phone number.
I don't blame Rebecca for the fly problem but I do hold her accountable for how the situation was handled and for doing zero to fix. Someone at that place has to take a stand close the damn door for 15 min kill the flies and clean up!
