I have gone to this office for several years with no issues. I could tell that things were changing for the worse in the last 2 or so years. Half way through this year I received a bill that said I had a previous balance from the prior year and that I owed for more work done in the current year. I always verify insurance before any doctor visit and I always check out at the desk before I go and I was never notified that I owed anything or that my regular check up or X-rays would not be covered. I have done a lot of work to get the information the office needs to resolve this with insurance and yet, I received another bill today. I have been assured by my insurance company that I was covered at the time of all my visits, but Gentle Dental did not submit in time. I never get the same answer when I call about this. I have been told it's taken care of, and then get another bill, call again and get nowhere again. This same scenario can be found on Yelp and Facebook for this business.
