rev:text	My first time renting a car from them and my last time they charged me $300 for the outside of the car being dirty disregard the front of the car was missing I asked for a car with a GPS in it than I asked them how can I upgrade the car the cashier told me to go to the airport and they can help me all in a nutshell for sucky customer service outrageous fees go to Hertz but for a uplifting experience go somewhere else...Thank you for understanding
