Customer service given by Justin with first contact was egrigous! Hard to believe that he is a manager in training...he gave me conflicting information when I was asking questions then when I asked to speak to someone else told me he was the manager, instead of giving me a manager and that people make mistakes which I completely understand!. How do you tell someone if that if the information is wrong and they over pay they can just have the money refunded into their account later! What the heck who says that!?! He then passed me over to one of his team members who was able to get me the manager that was in the store! The Manager Sean was very helpful and apologized for his unprofessional "manager in training"! Its kind of scary that the soon to be manger gave me that first experience because first impressions are lasting ones! If I could give no stars I would great that I spoke to Sean but shouldn't even have had to!
