Made a reservation on Expedia in the AM. Showed up to pick up my car, and I was told they didn't have one. They also said it was Expedia's fault, not theirs. That they had tried to contact me repeatedly, but contact information wasn't in my reservation. Huh? How did you contact me repeatedly if my Expedia reservation didn't have the info? Hey - there's this thing called the "INTERNET". You have my address and my name - did it occur to you to look it up that way. Guy came in while I was being rejected and got his car! I asked why and was told it was because he made his reservation before mine. I guess if you book more cars than you have, you do have to allocate them somehow. I asked if they were going to pay my cab fares since I booked the car due to mine going into the shop. Received a flat "no way" to that. Absolutely awful place. Have rented from Hertz on travel probably hundreds of times. I assume this is not a corporate location. Never again will I attempt to patronize this place.
