  • Staying in room 1863 right now. Prior to check in was asked by front desk staff if we wouldn't mind staying on the 18th floor near the rooftop bar which closes at midnight. We said no of course not assuming my fiancé and I would be up there for a drink or 2 after dinner. Came up to our room after a nice dinner to change my shoes. Then attempted to go to the rooftop bar from my room and was told I have to go downstairs to then wait in line to come back upstairs to get into the bar. I find it ridiculous for those on the 18th floor to have to do this. Will NEVER stay here again and don't recommend it to anyone. Def not worth the price and hassle - would choose something more closer to the central areas.
