My first experience was pretty good. As I stated below, I hired them to move me and that worked out just fine. Naturally, I called upon them again. My second experience was with a different team. For the most part, it was ok as they loaded. They were pretty friendly, but I noticed that this team was moving a lot slower than the last time. I was getting a little concerned on time since I budgeted for 4 hours. Towards the end, they were throwing couch cushions off my balcony to each other to avoid having to take the stairs and were just kind of lacking in organization and professionalism. Once they got to the new place, I insisted they just get everything unloaded and get done so I would only have to pay the $465 dollars for the 4 hours we estimated over the phone during the initial quote. I ended up having my 13 yr old son help them carry things and unload. At the end, I pointed out the console table they broke, the couch cushions and couch that had been drug across the ground and the condition of the items that I would have to move from room to room myself now that they ran out of time to put it away for me. The main guy was very argumenative and rude. He would not give me a discount off his rate and said I would have to wait for the office to call me after they examined the broken table. Well they never called. It's been 3 months now!! They never even issued me a credit for the broken items, let alone any kind of appology or courtesy for the experience I had. One good experience, one bad one. I won't call on them a third time unfortunately.
