  • Should have listened to the other 1 star reviews. Rented this limo for our wedding in November, and the heat wasn't working. Thankfully, we really didn't need that much heat for most of the day but when we did, it failed us. Called the limo company to tell them after, no reply, no apologies, no credit back. I went with them because initially the woman booking the limo sounded very pleasant. Don't let that fool you like it did me. This review is not about our driver, who was a very nice guy. The limo itself just should not have been rented out. My (now) wife was really pissed off because she was cold and nothing could be done about it. I imagine if it were summer, the A/C might not work... Spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else for a better experience.
