  • I went in this week to buy myself a phone. I was reluctant to come to this store because of previous service I've had here but it's the only one nearby. To my surprise my experience here was much more different this time I was greeted immediately by Mariana. Everyone was busy with other customers but she was happy to help me. Later on I found out that she was the new store manager and changes were being made. That was evident the moment I walked in. Last time I wasn't really acknowledged and the last rep wasn't informed enough about the specifics of phones I was interested in. Mariana was awesome. She helped me leave with a new phone in hand, the Note 4. She wasn't pushy and knew her way around a phone. I was so impressed with the service I ended up taking my mother back the next day and got her the new iPhone 6 plus ordered. We got a great deal on accessories and highly recommend this store.
