  • I had to admit from the street the salon doesn't look like much. Once you walk inside you realize you're somewhere different. The people are pleasant, everyone has a great energy and you know you're in good hands. I've been going to Parlour for a few months now and can't say enough good things. Jessica has been doing a great job on my hair. I'm never leave feeling rushed. I leave with the exact style and length I ask for each time. It always looks great. I know anyone I refer to the salon won't hate me later after visiting with Jessica. The salon can be a bit pricey but overall the service and environment make it a great spot to get a great cut. The booking process is easy and I recently found out you can book yourself online and browse available appointments from your computer. As most of my appointments were made over the phone, I was always looked after promptly and professionally. The online system is good but has been glitchy with me once by not showing all the available appointments. They have a good thing going at Parlour. I'm happy to have found a regular salon without the attitude or typical nonsense offered elsewhere in the city. These are real people who love hair.
