  • Amazing! I'm driving on my way home from a meeting a long way from home and suddenly clunk clunk thump bang and I pull into this Firestone which was happily right on the corner... never been here before, but intend to go back. Within 15 minutes, they found the problem, fixed it, at NO CHARGE and were so sympathetic and kind and attentive... Jim service advisor and Greg technician and the others whose name I don't know... were on task... turns out, my tire was about to fall off... they tightened everything and torqued ALL the wheels as a precaution. Wow! I could have had an accident if I had not pulled in there right away. Serendipity! A stroke of good luck. I recommend this Firestone. Jim, my tears were tears of joy! Thanks for your compassion.
