  • I bought a facial for Mireji through Living Social. I scheduled my appointment online. I then received a confirmation text for the appointment. The day of my scheduled appointment, I drove downtown and found parking (downtown is out of the way for me). I arrived a few minutes early-but no one was there. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, but NO ONE showed up! I called and texted while I was waiting-but couldn't reach anyone-just left voice messages. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I called back 2 more times a few days later and left voice messages to find out what happened. NO RESPONSE AT ALL! This was my 1st time at this location-what a horrible way to treat customers. Bad business etiquette. I will not be going back there. I cannot speak for the quality of the services here-because I never got the chance to get one. Luckily, Living Social refunded me completely. Update: After posting my 1st review, I left the owner a few more voicemail messages inquiring about what happened. No response at all. Poor business etiquette! Don't waste your money or time!
