  • I would definitely not recommend this place for a few reasons 1. The pictures are really misleading. They don't match the reality of the complex. 2. Our room was not ready until 9pm. We didn't get a call or anything. We just showed up and they said " we don't know when it will be ready, we will call u". 3. We asked several times over the coarse of 2 days for a manager to call us. They never did. I had to track them down. 4. The "spa" portion of the resort is an offsite masseuse. Nothing more. The overall experience/customer service was not up to par for the price we paid. We will be making lots of trips back to this area in the further but will not be staying nor recommending this "resort" to anyone.
