rev:text	Overall I'm going to have to rate 3 stars since there were some issues even from the beginning. For the service that was done, the gentleman who came out did not know what windows he was suppose to even fix (You'd think that they'd keep it on file or write it down). He was a nice guy but I just found it very odd and unprofessional to not know what you were suppose to be doing. This actually happened twice with 2 different workers (them coming out and saying that they did not know why they were there). Then the parts he brought did not fit (which mistakes can happen, yes... But he had previously come out prior to measure these exact windows). Since he brought only those 2 parts with him, and they did not fit, he had to leave and drive back down to the warehouse (I'm guessing in Phoenix I believe) which took hours. It took so long that I was afraid he was not going to come back since we weren't given a time frame at all or a phone call/update of any kind. I, like many of you am on a very tight work schedule, and can not be missing work waiting hours for someone to return. Luckily my significant other was able to stay and wait or else it would have had to be rescheduled once again. Another issue too is that the window screen that got put up is not 100% the correct size (it's too small at the top). Overall, from the beginning it's just been a mess for us. You can see that from my very first comment. I'm being generous with giving 3 stars... I'm a very reasonable and understanding person, but when something you are paying for is not done correctly or the situation is unprofessional I can't bite my tongue and not say anything at all, which is why I am posting this honest review. On a more positive note Peter (who I believe is the owner) was very helpful and professional when we had our first issues. I hope that he or any other management sees this review... And takes what happened with our situation, learns from it, and makes sure it doesn't happen again to any other customers.
