  • Had some areas where they could improve. And the company did try to fix afterwards so upgraded the review! :). Initially no response to their webform nor did they return my calls. Cheers! Updated: Finally got a response, got the estimate and set an appointment next week for the morning. Update: No call no show. Update: Called them back. It was an honest mistake...still. Crew did show up and perform work. I did have to explain more than once what "cut tree back from house please" meant. It does not mean leave branches touching the wall. The crew mistook my shrubs as weeds so they were almost destroyed. On the plus side eventually they did show up and they didn't jack up the price after. So overall ok. Just be sure to clearly state what you need to have done and follow up.
