  • My shellac mani/pedi only lasted a week! So I called to complain and was told that they could do it for less money again if I came in. So I did, and all that happened was the same guy, Tommy, pushed me into getting these rhinestone things on my toes which I finally gave in to because he said "no charge". So after another 2+ hours I was charged the same price, his reasoning being that he gave me the rhinestones for free. When I argued that I was told the whole thing would be cheaper because it didn't last he gave me a guilt trip saying he would have to pay for it out of his own pocket. There's no way I'm dealing with that mess again so I'll try another place.
