  • Wish I could give them a better review. I hired them to help us with our move due to the fact that they were the company RC Willey sent out to move fragile furniture when we had our carpet replaced in our old house. They were reasonable, on time, and quick. They did however manage to damage the 2 pieces of furniture I was most concerned about. One they repaired on site. The other was an adjustable bed that was confirmed damaged by the technician sent out to repair it as the person who attempted to plug in the sync cord last. I emailed Kevin to let him know so that he could share the info with his employees and never received so much as an acknowledgement. I was not looking for any sort of compensation but an apology would have gone a long way. Especially since we have been greatly inconvenienced by not having proper use of the bed for the last month while waiting for it to be repaired.
