  • While the staff are lovely and friendly, the speed and service tend to leave me wanting. Regularly, waits to get your car looked over are 15-45 minutes, with an additional 15-30 in the car for service. The prices have also increased ($35 for a basic oil change), and there's always the hard sell for more costly services and replacements. A barely-dirty filter will be pushed for replacement, among other things. So, yes, the staff are great and I am happy to continue using them, but only on a day where I have an hour or more to kill.
