Beware of hidden consultation fee. We were never informed of a consultation fee when making the appointment or during the appointment. When we decided not to receive treatment we were only informed later via email that our card had been charged. Upon asking about the charge we were told that we were not educated and should have known better about what the charges would be. If that were the case why could they, the providers, not give us a ballpark fee when making the appointment over the phone when we asked? Shouldn't they be more educated than us on their own business?
