  • Ladera, I thought it was a decent place. I would advise if you are a stay at home mom or have children who will be home all day, this might not be the spot for you, as they have water outages OFTEN, which typically last half of the day if not all day till 3 or 4pm. Apartment does need renovation as our unit was out dated with bad carpet and dents/dips in the flooring. Carpet was not cleaned Prior to moving in as it had paint stains on the floor and extremely dusty. Electrical outlets were an issue as well and needed to be replace and all the plugs didn't work even with several maintenance visits. There is a lot of work that needs to completed so I recommend not moving in an apartment unless it is renovated. AC units didn't blow as well as it should. Please please please ensure you document your inspection sheet throughly when moving in, as they will charged you for carpet cleaning. The apartment prior to being moved it was never cleaned and we reported it on the move in sheet. I don't know if it was because they went through different management changes but the move out charges were not acceptable based on the move in reports we gave.
