  • I have been here countless times for dine in and take out. My usual order is a taro slush with tapioca. I also like the fish balls and Irish nachos which are really good. The ambiance is nice. It's a great place to hang out with friends. The reason why I'm giving such a low rating is because the are ALWAYS understaffed. My last visit was a Sunday around 9pm. The line up had at least 10 people waiting. I was in a group of 10 people. We seated ourselves. No server approached us. So we went to the front to ask if we could be helped. The woman working the cash register was also the server. She said we had better luck waiting in line. IMO - not acceptable since we were dining in. We waited as long as we could until we got fed up and got up and left. Over the years this spot just keeps getting more crowded. I really wish they would figure out their staffing issues. Until then, Bubble Republic is my new spot.
