Great place to stay with your family! About two blocks away from the Vegas strip. My family enjoyed our stay from 4/7-4/11. We rented a 3bdrm/2bath condo and it was perfect! It was comfy and felt like home, except home was 560 miles away!
So I rated this place a 3 star due to the fact that their sales reps there can be a bit too much trying to "sell" you their service by providing you with all these so called VIP perks but the catch is, you HAVE to attend their 90 minute seminar. Forgot the name of the gal that was "pressure selling" me or whatever tactic she was using but she sure was rude. When I told her nevermind that I wanted to hurry up with the check in process, grab my parking vouchers and be on my way to my family because they were waiting outside, she says to me, why are you scared for? With every response I gave her she replied with an attitude. In my head, I literally wanted to tell her to f-off. But being the nice person I am, I kept saying no thanks. Let me say, I left there feeling interrogated. Whatever happened to happy and pleasant workers these days? I get that you're in "Sales" but let's not push the situation when a customer tells you no thanks. I don't remember her name exactly but it does begin with the letter M and she is probably in her late 20s or early 30s. So to future customers, be aware of these sales agents as they will try everything they can to get under your skin! Be sure to expect at least a 45 minute check-in process! Who has time for that? Ugh..
