  • Darn it! What happened to you MIX?! You used to be so delicious!! We came here before the Michael Jackson cirque show that was being held downstairs in the Mandalay Bay. I ordered my usual (gnocchi and the chocolate souffle) and was disappointed with all of it. The gnocchi was over cooked and mushy, the vegetables that were paired with them were winter vegetables in the middle of July. It was very strange. The chocolate souffle was a bit dry, in fact, the pistachio ice cream that I had mentioned being a distraction 3 years ago was the better part of the dish :( Cocktails were still good (Thanks, Shaggy!) and I tried a side of the asparagus which was delicious. Service was a little bit strange but nothing major. Not sure what's going on at MIX but I hope it gets sorted out soon since I always send lots of people here when they're visiting Las Vegas.
