  • Ididn't have the foresight to check reviews before signing on with this company but regret doing so. We bought the 10 yr contract because they convinced us it would save us money in the long run. Ha! Fine, shame on me; however, that doesn't explain or excuse the HORRIBLE Customer service attitude. Whoever answers the phones cut me off mid-sentence to transfer me to someone else, who was abrupt and cranky. Also, I am still waiting for permanent filters that have been "backordered" for quite some time. And yes, I've already paid for them. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!
