  • Horrible place, One guy said on the phone all furniture is here ready to pick up. But i went there, other guy saying, Headboard is missing and making an comment, how someone can call you, if its written in paper, the item is missing. I rented Uhaul and paid $100 for it and didnt got all my furniture. All employees are rude on phone specially manager of store JR. Finally I got my furniture and two dining is not getting assembled, but other two worked. When i called them back, they said, u might be using wrong screw, how i can use wrong screw, screws comes with box and i already assembled other two chairs. now I have to to take chairs back to them and get it fixed and need to ask my friend fro SUV to pick up Headborad. Most horrible customer service. never will buy furniture form them in my life.
