  • The inventory at this store is good; they've almost always had whatever I was looking for. The customer service, however, is atrocious! I've been to this store many times and have always found their employees and managers to be rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately there aren't many choices for craft stores around here, so I will have to continue giving them my business.
