  • Was very pleased with the customer service at Lowe's. The carpet is great and the installers were great. The installing company, Romano's, is another story. Called soft manager to tell him that a door would not close after installation and was told to shave the door down or buy thinner carpet. Would not buy any more carpet from Lowe's if Romano's is the installer.
