  • I wish I could give NO stars. Worst customer service ever. I walked in to an empty waiting room and was told upon check in it would be a little over a half hour wait. Okay, no problem because I'm sure there's patients in the back. After waiting an hour I saw a lady leave that had clearly just finished seeing the doctor so I figured I would be called back soon. After another 10 minutes I asked the girl at the front desk how much longer and was told an hour more. Ummm what????? I was told the doctor was finishing up paperwork then going to lunch and would see me upon returning. I reminded her she had told me a little more than a half hour wait when I got there and I had already waited more than an hour at this point but would need to continue to wait another hour to see a doctor so why hadn't she told me it would be more than a 2 hour wait when I arrived? Her response: Well I said it would be a little more than a half hour. No, thank you. I'm sure the doctor is great but I'm not waiting over 2 hours to find out. The front desk staff is terrible!!! Go somewhere else. ***The NOT so urgent - urgent care!!
