  • Too bad the good staff left. Error on my bill. Two months of emails no response. A year and half later something shows up in my credit report in error. Same issue. Idiots don't respond for several weeks and have now caused rental issues due to this. After another three weeks contact parent company. This place has got some really bad management now.
